I just bangs my weight loss journey and don’t know where to begin.
Hi everyone. I just began my weight loss journey and I need help on how to begin working out at the gym. I do about 30 min of cardio/ the stepper machine but after that I don’t know what I should do. I am not afraid of weights, so I can give them a shot. I guess my question is, would cardio 30 daily and set or arms or legs…
