Hi All! I have my calorie goal from MFP set with the activity level of "not very active" and use my Garmin to track my exercise calories. It gives me my Garmin connect adjustment of 362, and also a running adjustment of 594 (all from my Garmin - I didn't manually enter my activity in MFP). Is this double counting for me?…
