Is Working every muscle group once enough?
Like I do Back, shoulders, chest, legs, Calf, Triceps, biceps, and abs 3 days a week I only do one workout for each muscle group. My goal is to build strength and muscle, while still losing weight. Probably a dumb question, but about deadlifts
Is it normal for your lower back to hurt while doing deadlifts? I've been doing them consistently for about 7 weeks, the pain is not severe and goes away after I rest. I just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly, I keep being told that you can hurt your back easily doing deadlifts if you're not doing them correctly.

Does training time and macros matter?
I've been wondering about this for a while I eat around 1200 maybe 100 sometimes 100 more or less but my macros sugar, carbs, and protein are usually at extremes.
