Introducing myself
This is my first challenge. I realized the last time I lost weight I was in a challenge and it helped me lose 72 lbs. I was training for a marathon then. Won’t be doing that again so need to figure out how to lose the weight. I’d like to lose 10 lbs. doing zumba, squash yoga and weights and Total Gym. Looking forward to…
