Hey folks. I stocked up on Vanilla, Lemon, Coconut and Caramel extracts. 0% fat plain greek yogurt, sweetener + extract of choice. I usually have this earlier in the day as a snack to help curb any sweet cravings. It helps a lot! Anyone else care to share their simple, yet effective diet/food tips?!
Hi. I'm Tara and I have 100lbs to lose. This is my second time using MFP. If anyone wants a new friend just ask! I am hoping to find friends who started out needing to lose 100lbs or more. But others are welcome as well!
