Something is wrong
I need some help from people who exercise on a regular basis. I am 40, 5.4, now 131 lbs (lost 6 lbs over last 6 weeks) and have a sedentary job. For as long as i can remember, I never ate during the day. (just 2 cups of coffee during the day 7am-6 pm) then eat dinner not exceeding 1400 calorie/ day but large amount of that…
