I've been staying under in my calories, and working out everyday. And yet I've actually gained 2 lbs. I've lost weight with my work outs before, but now that I'm starting over I'm not seeing any progress. It's been a few years since I lost my initial 50 lbs, then gained 20 back last year. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Needing motivation for myself. I just turned 30, and I have 3 littles. Have a c-section with all 3 has left me struggling to be confident in my body, and struggling to keep off any weight. I'd love to have some encouragement to keep me going!!
