Keto to plant based
I’ve been doing Keto for 7 months now and am not seeing any benefits from it. Wanting to start to switch over to a plant based diet but not sure how to avoid to much weight gain. Should I stay just stay Keto? Not sure how to introduce carbs into diet again and afraid to do so.

Blood diet
I’m currently Keto and I just read my blood type said I should be mainly vegetarian and little meat. Should I start changing to that? I’m not seeing any weight loss with Keto after 7 months of doing it.
