Back after a long absence
4 yrs. post sleeve gastrectomy, lost 140 lbs. Started making unhealthy choices and have gained 40 lbs. Today is day 2 of loving myself in healthy ways. I DO NOT want to become another bariatric surgery statistical failure by the 5th year post op. :s
