Hey Everyone! I’m Melody from Hampton VA. Fasting is life, I just love it. For 23 hrs a day I fast and I eat one meal a day. At 6:30pm Mon-Fri I go to Zumba and/or MixFit I also try to weight train the rest of the week, I do at least 3rounds of 15 on every part of my body in 4 months I only lost 25pds It would be great if…
