Hi I'm a 36 year old from northern Ireland, single mum to 3 kids. I have tried losing weight so many times but I'm now at my heaviest ever!!! I'm so unfit and uncomfortable. I am determined to lose 4 stone. Please feel free to add me and hopefully we can motivate each other.
