Eat less calories... how much fat intake??
Hey all! Maybe this is a silly question, but I was wondering: If you’re able to have a caloric deficit, does it matter so much if you still eat fatty things? I love cheese. Should I cut out fatty cheese completely? Or does it not matter so much at the beginning of my weight loss journey?

Oh snap, things have gotta change
