Had my 1st taste of insanity today! How do I classify it in my journal's exercise? Is it aerobic? Or is it something more?

Is it better to eat back your exercise calories?
I had started off at 1400 calories per day about 60 days ago. I've lost weight so I adjusted my number to 1200 calories per day. According to the calculator that would be appropriate. Changing daily calorie goal without changing activity level
According to my scale, I need about the same amount of calories to maintain as what my current daily goal is. How can I adjust my daily calorie number goal without changing my fitness level?

Embarrassing question but have to ask. Sweat smelling much worse than it used to, why?

Didn't eat all my calories yesterday, can I eat them today?
Yesterday was a have your workout day with bootcamp in the morning, and an hour and a half at martial arts in the evening. So between the two I did not eat all the calories I was allowed.
