Hey :) I am somebody who is ALWAYS hungry, and craves carbs constantly, and I literally eat so much it's crazy :neutral: I was wondering if you could post the foods that you find keep you fullest for longest. I have been googling high-satiety foods but want your two cents as well. Thank you :blush:
