short women - how do you consistently lose weight?
any women on here around 5’1” — 5’2”, how do you consistently lose weight? I’m 5’1”, 125 lbs approx. want to get to 110lb. I eat a vegetarian diet, no dairy as I’m lactose intolerant, rarely eat bread (but will eat a lot of carbs veg like sweet pot, carrots, plus quinoa/brown rice). i run 5k 3-4 times a week. I do HIIT…
