I’m fairly new on my fitness journey to get healthy and lose weight. I’ve tried before & lacked the motivation. Figured if I had friends to help me along the way I would be more successful :)
Anybody well versed in this area? I eat between 8 and 4 but I’m not usually in bed until 10pm or later and I get HUNGRY ! help
I get that rest days are important, but knowing myself if I take a day off, it turns into two...then three... point is I’ll fall off the wagon. Is there a way I can do something less intensive that would still count as a rest day? or no ? ):
