Apricot with skimmed milk post workout meal
After I came back from jogging at the beach yesterday I made this recipe I hope you like it. 100 ml skimmed milk. 4 dried apricots. 3 dried plums. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1 1/2 tsp organic chia seeds. Blended them all then added the chia seeds and waited for about 15 mins before having it.
