Hi all, I’ve lost 10 pounds, and although I’m definitely delighted, I can’t say that I notice much of a difference in my clothes yet. I’m just wondering what is the magic number of pounds to drop a dress size?

Is walking to burn calories worth it?
Hi all, I’m just wondering if walking is worth it, calorie burning wise? I did 27,000 steps yesterday and MFP imported the data from my iPhone and it was only worth 300 calories. That 27,000 consisted of a 2 hour hill walk and 3 hours of mucking out stables to get that burn. Today I got 15,000 steps and burned 180…

Is MFP step counter accurate?
Using my iPhones inbuilt pedometer to track my steps and it’s synced to My Fitness Pal. I’m doing about 11000 steps per day but it’s only worth a 160 calorie burn. I’m 149 lbs and 5 foot 8. Does this sound right?

Is the calorie goal accurate?
Hi fellow motivated people! I used this app a few years ago and then fell off the wagon. Now I’m back again to get back in shape.
