Lost 70lbs! Now I need to TONE.
I began my journey June 2016. By February 2017 I lost 70lbs. I've kept it off till now with the occasional couple lbs fluctuating. Not interested in bulking but I do want to tone/build muscle in my problem areas ( arms, thighs, tummy ). I do core work, resistance bands and dumb bell workouts at home. I also jog/fast walk…
