Losing Weight On Beta Blockers?
Just curious is anyone had to cut down on the recommended calories MFP gives you due to being on beta blockers. I'm on 50mg of metoprolo for bouts of SVT and have been reading that it can slow down your metabolism. Have you followed the recommended calories and lost weight?
