I have an obtainable goal of losing 8 pounds by the end of this year (MFP says it should take way less than that). My body has a good bit of muscle so it will be slightly difficult but I think by watching calories/diet and doing cardio/strength, I can do it. Need someone to yell at me to keep going. Thx!
