Having trouble logging new foods
Is it just me, or is anyone else having trouble logging in new foods, to diary. Tried yesterday and today no luck. Doing everything right , but when clicking on add food to diary, nothing,nada zilch. Can anyone help please x
Question on calorie amount
HI everyone, I started My Fitness pal journey about 6 weeks ago, so far I've lost 8kg. A question I have is ..... Does the amount of calories given, go down as you lose weight / or do you have to recalculate it ?
