Not doing well
I’ve lost at 13lb in 3 weeks. I rarely have sugar nor any carbs except oatmeal for breakfast. I go to the gym 5 out of 7 days a week but lately I am feeling so weak. I go to the gym and feel already exhausted. My body and mind are so tired. I am getting enough sleep tho. Advice!

I’m stuck!
I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now and I’m stuck on losing weight. I was doing great the first week but after that I would go up 2 pounds then down 3 then up 3 then down 2. I am having a hard time getting past the lost 10lb number because my weight is fluctuating so much. In need of help and advice!

Mid 20’s and needing friends!
