Anyone else with Heart disease?
Hi all I’m Sonya, I had a heart attack at 43 and now 1 year stent. My endurance is increasing with exercise, but so is my weight!!! Medication is keeping my blood pressure and pulse low which is making it hard to get my pulse rate high enough to boost my metabolism. Anyone else have this issue and how did u deal with it?…
