Lowering my carbs and being more active
Went for my annual physical in February 2018. Weighed in at 265. Dr. told me to exercise 2.5 hours per week and lose 10 lbs. I've been using MFP lately to monitor my carbs - started this plan in earnest this week. Trying to keep under 100 grams per day (50 grams at lunch and 50 at dinner). So far, I've lost 10.8 lbs. My…
