I'm trying to eat more veggies but I'm constantly bloated and farting now. It's pissing me off because now I don't want to eat anything at all because I don't want to be bloated and gassy. Should I talk to a doctor or do you think it's just natural due to the veggies? I've cut pastas and dairy. Barely any bread as well.
