I’m my worst enemy (got some help from my hubby, the human junk food sabotage), but no excuses really: my choice. I commit to having no snacks after 8 pm.
I turn 50 next month and recall last year saying I wanted to be in the best shape of my life on my 50th birthday! How quick time has passed! I’m not even close to that goal!
