Why am I not losing?
This may sound stupid but I don’t understand and I don’t want to get discouraged. I weigh 226.2, and have kept my calories under 1200. I exercise twice a day, walking outside for almost two miles in 30 minutes, and thirty minutes on treadmill. I was losing for a while but now I keep teetering between 226 and 227. What am I…
