How to beat sugar cravings
I’m just starting my weight loss journey and am having a hard time with my sugar addiction. I eat healthy meals but can’t pass up a donut or will binge on ice cream. What tactics have you used to get past your cravings? Is it to allow yourself something sweet each day or totally disengage from desserts?

I struggle with eating enough protein every day and have it be within my 1400 calorie limit. I get tired of chicken breasts quickly but discovered Trader Joe's chicken breakfast sausages as a good source of protein. What are your favorite protein filled foods? How do you incorporate them into meals?

Calories Burned Changed for Same Exercise and Duration
I've been logging a 45 minute exercise each day using the same exercise type and duration. I noticed today that the number of calories burned has decreased from what it's been previous days. I have lost a few pounds - does exercise burn fewer calories the less heavy you are?
