45 lbs left to lose and I’m stuck
Hi I’m julie! I had VSG in oct 2017 and I have lost over a 100 lbs. yay! So proud of all my hard work but I recently had hiatal hernia surgery which limits my lifting. I am struggling with losing these last 45 lbs. I have changed my exercise routine, and diet and nothing. Any advice ??? Getting discouraged . Appreciate any…
