Hi All! Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been doing MyFitnessPal since October 1, 2018. 215 days and as of today, I have lost 34 lbs! I love this App. Truly the only thing that has helped me lose weight. My daughter introduced me to it and now my husband is doing it!
