Let’s lose 10kgs in 44 days
I have an event on December 26 and i want to lose 10kgs - I stair climb 3kms in 30 minutes 5 times a week, walk 40 minutes 3-5 times a week and do weight training once a week. I eat around 2000 calories and mainly a paleo keto diet. Who is with me? I’m a 36 year old female, 168cms and currently weight 77kgs
