Warm-up for strength training
Hey guys, haven't been working out for that long (just over 2 months). The staff at my gym gave a plan including "10 minutes of treadmill jogging" to warm-up so I do 10 minutes of intervals at 6.5;10;15 km/h. Is this really efficient?
