If I followed the maximum recommendation for sugar intake at 82 grams per day on the My Fitness Pal app, it would translate to 66 pounds of sugar per year. Maybe the recommendation should be revised down considerably.
In the nutrients section of the diary, why are the goals for saturated fats (in my case listed as 30), while the goal for polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats (nuts, oils, omegas, etc.) Is listed as zero?
