Losing my first 50?
Hi everyone ! How long did it take you all to lose your first 50lbs ? I am currently starting off my weight loss journey so I can qualify to undergo IVF treatments and am extremely anxious to get there ! Thanks ! Also for reference I weigh 260 right now and am 5’3. Thank you for any and all advice !
