Hopefully the last time!
Hi All, I've been on here before and got my weight down considerably, I managed to go from an Large to a Small in clothes, however I'm now the heaviest I've ever been - I'm back to do this and actually make the lifestyle change needed to keep this change permanent! See you around! J
