Hey everyone! Back again after a while. I want to lose like 10 lbs and get more toned. Better health overall. Right now I am trying exercise and intermittent fasting. Always can use motivation and friends.
I started last November and even joined a gym! I work out up to 6 times a week and it's really fun so far (mostly)! I want to lose about 10 lbs until summer and build some muscles!
