New healthy standards
Hi everyone,,I'm a 30 year old south African..cannot believe I let myself go..currently weighing 80kg...I'm tired of starting a 21 day challenge,yoyo diets n staff,always feeling like I'm always starving myself for a big occasion etc...just want to eat healthy n exercise even if it takes me the whole year to reach my goal…
