How accurate is the calories burned on the my fitness pal app? I have my doubts but would like some insight on my curiosity of this issue
So my question is as you will see in the picture it says 1/4 muffin and then if you select the drop down menu you can select either 1 of muffin or 1/4. Does this mean to eat 1/4 of the muffin or 1 whole muffin for the 640 calories? This confuses me since I’m new to this and figuring things out on the app. Any insight on…
