I am having a hard time with self control and eating options. It’s becoming harder to stay positive about this weight loss journey. I am trying to be mind to myself, but it’s hard. Any tips would be an amazing help.
Hi there! I do weight training as part of my exercise and can add it into the app but the calories are not being added into it. I want those exercise calories to count too! How have you guys made sure it’s calculated in? Thanks in advance
