When I eat my dinner/tea, I tend to have either rice, pasta or sweet potato with some form of fish or chicken. I am currently doing labour work, and I am wondering what I could have for lunch? I’m currently on a 1900 calorie plan per day. The sites I am on have no access to kitchens therefore no microwaves etc. Any suggestions of filling ‘healthy’ lunches?
