Hi everyone one excited to meet new people. Went from 230 to 208 intermittent fasting I now plan to take it up a notch by going low carb. Look forward to the motivation and encouragement on this forum. Btw: my name is Merlyn I’m a 5’4 female and I am from Las Vegas.
