Is there a way of getting a total amount of nutritional values at the bottom of the food diary page. I’m sure when I belonged to MFP many years ago this was a feature. I found this very useful. Many thanks in advance.

Calorie Deficit
Hi, I think I am very confused about what calorie deficit is, I understand that for my weight and height and wanting to lose 1lb per week I should be having 1200 per day. Fitbit advises a 500 calorie deficit to get this weight loss. Does this mean I should only be eating 700 calories a day. This seems very low to me.…

Help please..How do I find out how many calories I need.
Hi, a novice needing help please, I desperately want to lose some weight, approximately a stone would help. I am inactive due to spinal problems. How do I find out how many calories I should be having. As for exercising I can walk but that’s it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
