Calorie intake
What’s everyone’s intake? Me personally I’m doing 1200 calories a day, but I don’t count fruit. So I may have a jar of fruit a day (strawberries, watermelon, grapes) or similar, but I don’t ever count it. If I search online it says I can technically eat up to 1500-1600 cal a day for weightloss.
