I’m about 60lbs overweight and considering WW (formerly weight watchers.) But I’m concerned it may not be practical or sustainable. Anyone have an argument for or against the program? I could really use some advice. Thank you
I’m trying to work on my portion control so I can continue to enjoy the foods I love in moderation. Ie: sliders instead of burgers. Does anyone have any ideas on foods you can buy mini versions or individual portions of? Thanks in advance
