Hi everyone glad to be hear. Anyone trying to lose weight with Hypo thyroid? Any success? I would love to hear your story. I'm struggling so decided to join and hoping it can help.

Hello everyone. I'm 60 and have been struggling with Hypothyroidism for a couple of years now. I hate the weight that i have gained and things are not getting any better. Can't get Med's to regulate my Thyroid. Hoping this will help. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you on your journey.
