New member.. new to My Fitness Pal
Hello everyone: I am new to My Fitness Pal. I’m mid 40s and looking to lose 60 pounds. I find that the older I get the more difficult it is for me to lose weight. I would like this to be a “lifestyle change” for me and not just a “ diet” . I’m so tired of being overweight and my goal is to be in a bikini (and look hot lol)…
