Do over beginning
Been out of logging for a bit due to travel. Not an excuse, but I just didn't log during a recent business trip and went a little nutty. O.K. moving forward, back to logging and shooting for a week of consistency. No travel coming up for months, so one less obstacle. My goal... one week of consistent logging. Please help…

Returning to MFP
This is my umpteenth (actually probably my 5th or 6th) time using MFP. Sadly, back to almost my highest weight. I have learned some things in my absence, however. 1. Consistency is crucial. Good first week
Despite not being PERFECT on plan, I'm down 5 lbs my first week. I'm really happy to see that loss... it's very motivating. I'm also trying hard to let go of perfection - it's not realistic. I'm trying to reach for good enough to succeed, which is what I think any of us can hope to achieve. O.K., week 2... let's get it…
