The last two days I’ve been doing 5k walks before dinner but today after the walk I smashed my leg on my bed and now have a big bruise all down my right calf hurts like hell so we will see how it feels tomorrow but my guess is I’ll miss my walk
I’ve lost 2 stone so far but not lost any inches from anywhere I measured upper arm waist chest bust hips thighs all before starting to lose weight but now I’m feeling a bit demotivated as I don’t feel any different than I did when I was 2 stone heavier
