Weighing myself daily would make me feel like I’m not losing any weight at all. Additionally, it was dropping the little bit of confidence I’d built up. That drop in confidence would sometimes make me eat more or not make smart food choices. Since I’ve started to weigh in weekly and sometimes bi-weekly, it’s more of a goal…
